How to fix network error NP-31952-0 on PS4?

Error NP-31952-0 occurs when using the PS4’s networking features, such as surfing the web through the built-in browser or downloading digital content from PSN. As a rule, the reason for the appearance of the code NP-31952-0 is an unstable or slow network connection.

Solution #1 Wireless Offload

Some of the devices that are connected to the same Wi-Fi as your PS4 may put additional load on the wireless network, thereby preventing the console’s network functions from working properly. Try temporarily disconnecting additional gadgets, such as a smartphone or laptop, from Wi-Fi and check for error NP-31952-0.

Solution #2 Relocate the Router

Distance and obstacles between the router and the console can cause network problems on the latter. Make sure that the distance between devices is as short as possible; try to keep a minimum number of walls/furniture between them. Once you optimize the device layout, launch your PS4 and check if the NP-31952-0 error is gone or not.
