How to get the Office suite for free?

First method: use the Office application already included in Windows

For this first method, just search Windows through your desktop . To do this, you must right-click on the Windows icon present at the bottom left of your computer. Then click on search in the search bar. When you are there, register office. The app will appear at the top of the search results.

When you click on the application, an interface will appear asking you to sign in to your Microsoft account. This is only in case you are not logged in yet. If you are already, then you will find yourself directly on the Microsoft Office interface . In case you are not, log in using your credentials and you will also find yourself on the Microsoft Office interface.

With this method, you have to go to a browser preferably Chrome and you do a search in the bar by entering office.com. Once on the page, you must click on “connection”. It is important not to click on the “download office” button, as it will redirect you to a premium Microsoft purchase page.

You must therefore sign in to your Microsoft account or create one in case you do not have one. A Microsoft account creation button is available for you to do so. Once logged in, you may have a proposal to upgrade to the premium version. However, this is not always the case. It is possible to ignore the proposal by clicking on the X which allows you to close the window.

Once again, you will find yourself on the free online Microsoft interface. It is exactly as in the first method and provides you with a panoply of Microsoft applications. So you will have the possibility to use any application you need without hindrance. Again, the various documents you have created will be saved on the Microsoft cloud.

The result is the same whether you use the first or the second method. You will have free access to Microsoft Office and perform all the operations and entries you need. So you don’t necessarily need to install the paid version before you can use these Microsoft apps. It’s up to you to see which method you can master more easily.
