Another possibility that you can consider is to go to a post office and expose to the counter clerk the desire to top up on another Postepay card.

You can request this service from authorized postmen of Poste Italiane with payment through Postepay. If necessary, you can also book the visit of the authorized postman at no additional cost (in addition to those of the standard commission) simply by calling the Poste Italiane contact center on 803 160 and follow the instructions in the guide voice to press the correct combination to request an appointment.
