How to return Sky decoders to the store
If your intention is to return Sky Q decoders or would like to know how to return My Sky HD decoders , all you have to do is put the decoder in your possession and all the devices that I indicated earlier in the original box that was delivered to you and go to a Sky store in person.
To find a Sky shop in your area, connected to the official pay TV website , click on the Locate me option visible near the entry Enter a location and press the Allow button , to allow the browser to locate it. Alternatively, manually enter your address in the field provided.
Once this is done, press on the item Services , select the Return materials option and click on the Search button , to view the Sky stores where you can deliver the decoder and the various devices following the termination of your subscription.
Then click on the placeholder for the store of your interest to view its opening hours and complete address. Furthermore, if available for the selected store, by clicking on the Book option , you can also book an appointment by choosing the date and time you prefer.

If you are wondering if it is possible to return Sky decoders by post , I am sorry to tell you that the answer is no.
As I indicated in the previous lines of this guide, the return of the devices following the cancellation of your subscription can only be done in a Sky shop .
Only Sky WiFi customers who have decided, during the registration phase, to use a proprietary modem, can return the Sky WiFi Hub and all the materials contained in the delivery box by booking their collection at home.
How to return late Sky decoders
If more than 60 days have passed from the moment you received the communication of the termination of the Sky contract, you must know that the procedures for returning a delayed Sky decoder are the same as I indicated in the previous paragraphs of this guide.
Keep in mind, however, that in this case there are penalties that vary depending on the decoder delivered late and that can reach a maximum amount of 200 euros.

- My Sky HD decoder : up to 150 euros;
- HD decoder : up to 75 euros;
- SD decoder : up to 21 euros.
Furthermore, you should know that there are additional penalties for all other devices delivered beyond 60 days. In particular, you will have to pay 80 euros for each single Sky Q Mini and 30 euros for each external power supply , remote control , Smart Card and Sky Digital Key delivered late.
How not to return Sky decoders
