Using a Bluetooth keyboard leads to sudden problems, usually due to poor settings.

  • Make sure that there are no other devices interfering with the signal between your keyboard and the computer. Move the speakers further away from the PC.
  • Replace keyboard batteries.

  • Click View By and select Large Icons.
  • Select Troubleshoot.

  • Follow the instructions to complete the troubleshooting.

Updating or Installing Drivers

  • Go to the Start menu and select “Device Manager”.
  • In the list of equipment categories, click a device.
  • Click the Driver tab.
  • Click Update Driver Software, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
  • You will be asked to enter the administrator password or confirm the action

  • After 3-5 seconds, the LEDs on the top of the keyboard will flash green and red alternately.
  • Click “Start” and “PU”

  • Select Add Device.

If the keyboard is listed, select it and follow the instructions to successfully pair it with your computer
