If you want to contact the SHEIN service center in writing, you must know that you can easily do so by connecting to the SHEIN Italy website and logging into your account. If you have purchased at least once on the site, it means that this is a step that you have already completed successfully; if not, click on the little man icon located at the top right and fill out the registration form as I have also explained to you in this guide.

If you prefer to act from the SHEIN app for Android (also available on alternative stores ) or iOS / iPadOS, just tap first on the little man icon in the application menu and then on the Login / Register item.

That said, log into SHEIN via the little man icon above and you will be automatically directed to your Personal Space. From here you can access the area dedicated to customer service, by clicking on the Register of Services item located just below the Customer Service box. From the app, go to the Me tab instead, press the Support icon (in the Other services section ) and then tap the Customer Service button. Now, go to ONLINE HELP and the SHEIN support chat will open.

At this stage you can already ask your questions to the bot (ie the SHEIN autoresponder) by writing your question in the appropriate text box and then pressing the Send button. However, you may still need to contact a human operator who can better answer your question, so write in the chat ticket and send the message.

If the bot does not offer you the Contact Agent box directly, immediately below the message “ Do you need further support? Click on the button below ”, click on one of the available options to receive, in the next message, an invitation to contact an agent.

If everything went well you will see the Contact agent button appear: press it and you will see options to send a question, to send an “email” and then receive an answer at a later time, or to start a chat session in real-time (service available from Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 22.00). Then click on the button you prefer to continue the procedure.

Now you just have to chat with SHEIN support or, if you want to send an “email”, fill in the request: choose the type of question in the first drop-down menu, then write the text in the space Describe your question here and press the SEND button. You will be able to consult the reply message – which will arrive within 48 hours – directly in the personal area of ​​your profile.
