“While deleting key” error in Windows 10

Open the registry as administrator
- Open the taskbar.
- Click the Cortana button.
- Write the keyword “regedit” in the search box.
- Right click “regedit”.
- Select Run as Administrator.
Turn on edit permission
- First, open the Registry Editor as described in the previous method.
- Click on the registry key.
- Select “Permissions” to open the window.
- Click the “Advanced” button and then “Change” at the top of the window.
- Type your username in the Object Name text box.
- Click Check Names in the Select User or Group box.
- Click the OK button.
- Select your username under “Permissions for …”.
- Check the box for “Full permission control”.
- Then select “Apply”.
Use third-party software
RegDelNull is a command line utility.
- Save the zip file of the program on Windows
- Select “Download RegDelNul” l on the official website page.
- Unzip the zip file in File Explorer.
- Click EXE in the extracted folder and open a command prompt.
- Enter the command: “regdelnull <key path> -s”.
