Realme unveils Realme 9i 5G smartphone starting at $188
Realme has unveiled its new smartphone today. This is a mid-range device called Realme 9i 5G. The device boasts an original design of the rear panel, a modern camera and an affordable price tag.
The Realme 9i smartphone is equipped with a 6.6-inch IPS panel with FHD + resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels) and a frame rate of 90 Hz. For taking selfies and video telephony, an 8-megapixel front module is provided. On the back panel there is a camera with a main sensor of 50 MP and two auxiliary sensors of 2 MP. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side of the case.
The Realme 9i 5G is powered by an 8-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. The chip functions in conjunction with 4/6 GB of RAM. The volume of the built-in flash drive is 64/128 GB. The operating system is Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 proprietary user interface.
Other equipment of the Realme 9i 5G includes stereo speakers, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac 2.4 and 5 GHz) wireless modules, Bluetooth 5.1 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Realme 9i 5G smartphone comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast wired charging.
The version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage was priced at $188. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs $215.
