OPPO Watch 3 will feature LTPO AMOLED display

On August 10, the presentation of the smart watch OPPO Watch 3 will take place. An authoritative insider Digital Chat Station spoke about the novelty on the Weibo social network.

According to the tech blogger, the wearable gadget will be equipped with a 1.91-inch AMOLED display made using LTPO technology. These screens are energy efficient as they dynamically adjust the refresh rate based on the content. The source claims that in RTOS mode, the battery life will be 15 days, and when using WearOS, the watch will last 5 days.

The case of the device will be reliably protected from water. If in the first two generations of OPPO Watch two physical buttons were used for control, then the novelty will additionally receive a rotating crown, like the Apple Watch. The model will also receive an NFC chip, an electrocardiogram function and an eSIM.

OPPO Watch 3 will be the first mobile device to be powered by the 4nm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset.
