How to delete a Facebook account without password and email from smartphones and tablets

If it is your intention to understand how to delete a Facebook account without password and email by acting via smartphone or tablet, slavishly follow the instructions that I am going to give you in the following sections: first, I will explain how to get access to Facebook again, and then show you how to permanently delete your account. I assure you it is not difficult.

Recover access to the account

To recover access to your old Facebook profile without remembering the email or password associated with it, you can use the phone number (which you should have previously matched to the account using an automatic procedure).

So, first of all, start the Facebook app you previously installed on Android (you can also get it from alternative stores to the Play Store ) or iOS / iPadOS and, on the welcome screen, tap on the Forgot password item .

Once this is done, indicate the phone number in the text field and press the Find your account button . Now, locate and tap on your account name in the search results and press the Continue button .

After a few moments, if everything went well, you should receive an SMS containing a  verification code : indicate it in the text field of the Facebook app and tap the Continue button .

Now, to finish and log in to your account again, type a new password  in the appropriate field and tap the  Continue button again .

On the other hand, if you have not managed in any way to access the password reset after entering the phone number, it means that this has never been associated with the account you intend to get rid of or you may have removed it .

Delete the Facebook profile

After regaining access to the Facebook account, you can proceed with the definitive deletion of the same: once logged in via the social network app, touch the  ☰ button and select the  Settings and privacy and  Settings items .

At this point, presses on the items Personal and account information> Account properties and control> Deactivation and deletion , put the check mark next to the item  Delete account and press the Continue button to delete the account twice in a row.

Now, choose if you want to download a backup of the profile data in advance, by pressing the Download information button and follow the instructions shown on the screen.

Finally, to start the cancellation procedure, touch the Delete account button  , type your profile password in the appropriate box at the top, press the Continue button and confirm the desire to proceed, pressing the Delete button for the last time the account .

Remember that you have  30 days to retrace your steps and cancel the deletion of your profile: in this case, all you have to do is log in again using the credentials associated with your profile and confirm its reactivation .

Are you a regular user of Facebook from a computer and, through the latter, would you like to delete the account you can no longer access? Then this is the section for you. In fact, below I will explain how to recover access to your profile, and then show you in detail how to get rid of it permanently. Read on to learn more.

Recover access to the account

To be able to permanently delete the Facebook account of your interest you must, of course, gain access to it.

In this regard, you must know that, even acting as a computer, if you do not remember the email and password associated with your account, you can succeed in regaining possession of your account. All you have to do, in fact, is to carry out the recovery procedure by entering the telephone number associated with the account to be deleted.

To regain access to Facebook using your  phone number , connect to the main page of the social network and click on the link Forgot your password? Now, on the next screen, type your phone number in the  Email or phone field and press the  Search button to find your profile.

At this point, the game is practically done: click on the button It’s my account , in correspondence with your profile, put the check mark next to the option Send code via SMS , click on the Continue button , enter the code received via SMS in the appropriate field and press the  Continue button again .

Finally, type a  new password in the appropriate text field and, finally, you just have to click on the Continue  button to access the account.

Delete the Facebook profile

Were you able to regain access to the profile you intend to get rid of? Perfect, now you just have to follow the account deletion procedure to the letter.

First, therefore, log in to the social network using the data you just recovered, click on the ▼ button located at the top right and choose the items Settings and privacy >  Settings from the proposed menu.

At this point, click on the item Your information on Facebook in the left sidebar  , click on the View link associated with the Deactivation and deletion option and put the check mark on the Delete account option .

Now, to start the deletion procedure, click on the Continue button to delete the account and choose whether to keep the information (posts, links, photos, videos and so on) relating to the profile you are about to delete, creating a backup via the Download information button .

Once this is done, to continue, press the Delete account button , type the password you used to access your profile, press the Continue button and click the confirm button Delete the account .

Keep in mind that, starting from this moment, you have 30  days to cancel the deletion of the profile: if it is your intention to retrace your steps, you simply have to log in to Facebook using the credentials associated with the account within this period , after which your data will be deleted forever.

How to delete a Facebook account without password and email and number

How do you say? Are you unable to regain access to your account and consequently delete it, since you do not remember your email , password or even your telephone number ?

In this case, if, in advance, you had activated the Trusted contacts option , you can reset your password , with the help of at least three Facebook friends . This functionality, in fact, must have been previously set in the Configuration of an additional protection function section of the Settings and Privacy> Settings>  Facebook password and security menu .

That said, if this option is active on your account, connect to the Facebook home page and press the Forgot password? in order to recover your account by typing, in the text field that is shown to you, the name and surname relating to your profile.

Now, click on the Search button and, once you have identified the account to be deleted in the proposed list, press the It’s my account button . At this point, since you do not have access to the phone number and email associated with your account, click on the link Do you no longer have access to this information? . Then, fill in the following fields indicating a new email address to use, in order to log in and press the Continue button .

At this point, Facebook will advise you to ask your trusted contacts for help: first, click on the  Show my trusted contacts button and type, in the appropriate field, the name of your trusted friends to ask for help.

Once this is done, contact the trusted friends you have just specified, ask them to access the page  https://www.facebook.com/recover , to press the  Continue button and to confirm that you are in telephone contact: they can do this. operation by placing the check mark next to  Yes, I spoke by phone with [your name] and clicking on the  Continue button .

Each friend, in this phase, will display a  4-digit secret  code: ask them to tell you the codes displayed, take note and digitize them in the  Enter code fields attached to the  Ask for help from your trusted contacts section , then press the  Continue button .

Finally, to complete the recovery procedure, enter a new password in the appropriate field, click the  Continue button again and confirm your identity by clicking on the verification link received at the e-mail address indicated above.
