How and what hardware to format a PC?

It sometimes happens that we find ourselves at the wrong time with a computer that is lagging and that is infected with viruses or that it has a system problem.

We try to solve the problem by doing a scan with antivirus but unfortunately the trouble does not stop there, there are plenty of forums that we browse to put an end to this malfunction but alas all the hacks of smart Internet users do not give any result. We try to clean the residual files and we correct the registry, we restart and it’s still the same problems and we can’t use this computer.

The last solution we have left is to format the hard drive.
