How to spawn Herobrine on PC

After explaining the story of Herobrine to you, I would say that you are ready to make it appear in Minecraft. I remind you that the data packs can only be used in the Java Edition for Windows, macOS and Linux.

To do this, you must first download and configure the data pack called Herobrine data pack. Then connect to the official Planet Minecraft website and press the blue DOWNLOAD: MIRROR button at the bottom of the page that appears on the screen.

At this point, start Minecraft Launcher and press the PLAY item. After that, select Single Player and click on the name of the game you want Herobrine to appear in. Next, hit the Edit button and then the  Open World Folder button. Now, copy the Herobrine.zip file (the one you downloaded earlier) into the folder that appears on the screen. Perfect: you have installed the data pack.

Once this is done, start the world game where you placed the data pack and press the T key on your keyboard. After that, type the command / reload and hit Enter. Perfect, at this point the two items called The Forbidden One and Portal Component (x20) should appear in your inventory.

Then place 4 blocks of Portal Component by embedding them in the ground and build a portal in height. The number of blocks used isn’t actually important, but I recommend making a structure as large as possible to make it look good.

At this point, take a flintlock and set fire to one of the 2 blocks of Portal Component embedded in the ground that remain visible. If everything is done correctly the portal to the Nether will glow purple and start working.

In case you don’t have a flint steel yet, you can make it by combining an iron ingot with flint from the crafting menu. The latter is opened by pressing the E button on the keyboard. To get an iron ingot, you must find some raw iron by destroying blocks with the pickaxe and obtain a block of coal: the latter is made by combining 9 Coal objects, which can be found by destroying the blocks of raw coal with the pickaxe.

You will also need a furnace, which is made with 8 blocks of crushed stone in the 3 x 3 grid of the crafting (leaving the central block empty). If you don’t have the 3 x 3 grid yet, just create it by inserting 4 blocks of wood (or other material) into the crafting menu and thus obtaining a workbench.

Once this is done, enter the portal and start visiting the Nether – this is one of the most popular areas in the game and is often referred to as “the hell of Minecraft”. You will definitely not struggle to understand why when you are in it.

At this point, you just have to use the object The Forbidden One, read the pages in English that tell a bit of history, press on the right arrow icon at the bottom of the book pages and select the Summon Herobrine item.

My advice is not to be caught unprepared, as this data pack requires you to defeat Herobrine, just as if he were a boss of the game. Therefore, I invite you to stock up on a diamond sword or in any case a rather strong weapon.

If you don’t want to waste too much time making it, you can safely choose to face Herobrine in Creative mode, where you can’t lose life and you already have all the weapons in the game at your disposal.

However, I remind you that you can always switch from one mode to another by pressing the T key on the keyboard, typing the commands / gamemode survival or / gamemode creative respectively and pressing Enter. Of course, however, you must have enabled the controls when you created the game world to take advantage of this possibility.
