The device is working – go to the next item. The device does not work – go to step 4.

  • Check Bios. When loading the OS, press the F2, del, Esc key (depending on the BIOS version on the device). If everything works properly in BIOS, then the malfunction is definitely related to Windows.

Disable Kaspersky Anti-Virus for a while. The problem was noticed only with this brand of antivirus (the reasons are the secure input function). It is required to update it to the latest version, disable it (the problem was fixed in the latest version).

  • Disable Windows 10 Fast Startup.
  • Reboot your PC.
  • If the problem appears only after switching on, and disappears with a restart, go ahead. If this is not noticed, skip this point.
  • In the “Start” menu we write – “power supply”.
  • Click on the option – “Power buttons action”, it is located on the left of your menu.
  • Select “Change settings that are currently unavailable.”
