Another solution how to get around this error:

• download the emulator software.intel.com/system/files/managed/2f/ac/sd .. (https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/pre-release-license-agreement-for-intel-software-development-emulator-accept-end-user-license-agreement-and-download

• unzip the contents into the game folder so that the files are in only one folder;
• create a shortcut from the sde.exe file;
• right-click on the shortcut and select “Object” in its properties. Here you need to add – SmartSteamLoader.exe. You should get: “D: GamesQuantum Breakdx11sde.exe – SmartSteamLoader.exe” (without quotes).

Try to launch the game from the shortcut. In some cases, this process requires running as administrator.

ERROR: Kingdom Come: Deliverance: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
