Preliminary information

Before going into the details of the procedure on how to do XP on FIFA , I think it may interest you to know more about the use of these points.

Well, as happens in many types of games, even the Electronic Arts football allows you to accumulate experience points , the so-called XP . There is actually a little “ambiguity” within the game.

In fact, the icon of the points reads XP , but in the texts these points are called PE . Both terms refer to experience points , so don’t be “scared” by these acronyms.

XP, which can be seen via the bar at the top right of the Ultimate Team mode screen , allows the user to level up within a season . To do this, you need to reach a certain threshold of experience points.

Each time the user levels up , a reward is unlocked . To give you a concrete example, by reaching level 5 of FIFA 20 season 7 it was possible to borrow Andrea Pirlo’s Icon card (94). Arriving, however, at level 30 , you could take Gabriel Jesus home (Storyline version, 91).

Cards that can be obtained through Season Rewards are usually not tradable . For the rest, of course, the prizes available vary from season to season and often there are also packages , badges , celebrations and much more.

Seasons last for a limited time , which you can see by tapping on the Special Objective tile in the Ultimate Team main menu . Put simply, you will have to work hard if you want to reach the maximum level of each FIFA Ultimate Team season and not miss a single prize.

In short, learning how to get experience points can be very useful to get your hands on special players and strengthen your team without even having to spend credits.

How to get fast XP on FIFA

After explaining what XP points are for in FIFA’s Ultimate Team mode, I’d say it’s time to learn how to get experience as quickly as possible in the game.

In particular, in this chapter I will explain how to XP on FIFA 20 , thus taking this version of Electronic Arts football as a practical example. However, the ways to obtain experience points are very similar every year and therefore the indications below should also apply to other chapters of the game.

To find out the objectives, you usually just need to go to the main menu of the FIFA Ultimate Team mode and press on the Special Objective box . In fact, the game often highlights the expiring objectives , which promptly guarantee a good number of experience points .

Alternatively, you can go directly to the objectives section , for example by pressing the R3 button on the PS4 controller , as is also indicated by the game through a message at the top right.

In any case, in the objectives screen you will find two interesting tabs: SEASON PROGRESS and SEASON OBJECTIVES . In the first you will be able to see what are the prizes provided for each level and below them are also indicated how many XP points are missing to get that reward.

In SEASON OBJECTIVES , on the other hand, you can take a look at the various objectives proposed by the game, from the daily ones to those active for longer (eg play a few games, score several goals, participate in particular events and so on).

On the right are indicated the XP points guaranteed by each objective and often there is also an additional group reward , which is “bestowed” once the whole series of “challenges” has been completed.

In short, if you intend to get experience points quickly, carrying out the activities of the objectives is definitely the one for you.

How to get lots of XP on FIFA

How do you say? Have you taken a look at the rewards offered by the currently active FIFA Ultimate Team season and would like to accumulate XP points to get that reward you love so much? No problem: I’ll tell you how to do it right away.

To get a lot of XP points, the best way is to consult and carry out the objectives proposed by FIFA every day . In fact, as I explained to you in the previous chapter , the game offers daily “challenges” , which are updated every 24 hours .

Incidentally, FIFA itself recommends this method when the player tries to get more information about the Ultimate Team seasons. The steps illustrated directly by Electronic Arts regarding how to earn XP points on FIFA 20 are three: COMPLETE OBJECTIVES , GET SEASON PE and UNLOCK EXCLUSIVE PRIZES .

In short, if you want to get that player or that card you crave so much, the method to do it is very clear: you have to play and complete as many objectives as possible. All you have to do is roll up your sleeves and reach the required level for the reward involved, while having fun in FIFA’s Ultimate Team mode.

Since you are a fan of Electronic Arts football, I would recommend that you take a look at the page of my site dedicated to FIFA , where you can find several tutorials that could be for you. For example, you might be interested in the FIFA (Ultimate Team) best strikers guide .
