Selling cars in GTA V offline

If you want to sell cars on GTA V in Story mode , you need to know that unfortunately this is not possible. Aside from a few quests that you are given during the vehicle recovery campaign, such as Devin Weston’s, there is no in-game feature that allows you to sell cars.

This possibility was introduced only in the online mode, thanks to a DLC that allows you to recover cars and then export them, so as to earn money from the sale of the latter. In Story mode  , however, it is possible to install a mod for PC that allows you to enable the sale of cars.

I warn you that the use of mods is only allowed in this mode of GTA V: starting GTA Online with the mods active could result in the account ban.

There are several mods that allow you to enable the sale of cars on GTA V for PC: the one I recommend you to use is  Premium Deluxe Motorsport Car Dealer , as it does not require the installation of any add-ons.

To get the mod in question, you need to reach this link , which refers to the gta5 -mods.com web portal , and press the Download button . After getting the .zip archive , extract its contents inside the main installation folder of GTA V.

In case you have purchased GTA V on Steam , you will then need to go to the path C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Grand Theft Auto V , while if you purchased it from the Rockstar Games website, you will need to access the path C: \ Program Files \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto V .

After placing the contents of the archive inside the main GTA V folder, all you have to do is launch the game. Opening the map, you will notice a new icon with the dollar : this indicates the position of the place where you can sell the cars, which corresponds to the Premium Deluxe Motorsport , that is Simeon’s dealer, a character you have already known since he entrusted you with the first missions within the game.

After reaching the back of the dealer with any vehicle, position it on the yellow circle , so as to display a box, at the bottom left, which requires you to press the Y key to sell the car or the N key to cancel the operation .

By confirming the sale of the car with the appropriate button, it will be positioned in front of the dealer, to be sold at the indicated price. As time goes by in GTA V, you may have a chance that the vehicle can be sold and, therefore, make some money. A special notification will notify you of the sale and the money will be immediately credited to your account.

Selling cars on GTA IV

Are you playing  GTA IV and want to know how to sell cars in this chapter of the saga? Well, then know that, at a certain point in the adventure, you will be contacted by Stevie , a character who will commission you to recover a series of cars, which you will then have to transport to his warehouse, so as to resell them.

Stevie will contact you via SMS , indicating from time to time the vehicles you need to recover. Your goal will therefore be to find the car indicated in the message and take it to the delivery point, taking care not to cause any damage to it. In fact, the value of the vehicle will depend on its condition: the more damaged it is, the lower the amount you will get from its sale.

After delivering all 30 cars that Stevie has commissioned you, you will be given the option to deliver other vehicles that you will find around the world of GTA IV, in exchange for money.

Selling cars on GTA San Andreas

If you are enjoying playing GTA San Andreas and wondering how to sell cars , I warn you that this operation is possible during a specific moment of the main campaign, in which you will be asked to recover the cars indicated in a list.

After you have purchased the Wangs Cars dealer, a billboard will appear on the dock at the port of San Fierro with a list of ten cars to find: when you find one of those listed, get on board and drive to the port of San Fierro. You will then need to use the crane  to move the car to the cargo ship moored alongside.

For each vehicle you deliver, you will be credited with a cash amount, which will vary depending on the car model. When you have found all ten cars, you will be rewarded with an additional cash prize. From now on, a new list will be available, and you will have more vehicles to recover.

This procedure will have to be carried out three times, for a total of 30 vehicles . Delivering all the cars listed will allow you to accumulate a total of over $ 1 million.
