How to recover a Brawl Stars account

You bought a new smartphone and installed all the applications you used on the old phone, including Brawl Stars . After starting the famous title developed by Supercell, however, you realized you had to start all over again. In desperation, you immediately did some research on the web to try to restore your game progress and you ended up straight on this guide of mine.

That’s the way it is, am I right? Then let me tell you that you’ve come to the right place at the right time! In the next paragraphs of this guide, in fact, I will explain how to recover a Brawl Stars account and how to resume playing from where you left off. First, it will be my job to point out all the recovery solutions available, so that you can choose the one that you think best suits your needs. Next, you will find the detailed procedure to recover your game data and, in case you encounter problems in doing so, also the instructions to request support from the Supercell staff.

Preliminary information

Before getting to the heart of this guide and explaining how to recover a Brawl Stars account , you need to know that in order to recover game progress in complete autonomy, you must have previously connected Brawl Stars to a Supercell ID .

If you’ve never heard of it before, a Supercell ID is a free account that allows you to save your progress online in Supercell-produced titles, including Brawl Stars, and sync them across all your devices. If you don’t have one yet, my guide on how to create a Supercell ID may be useful .

Furthermore, I would like to point out that it is possible to recover your Brawl Stars account also through the Google Play Games service on Android and the Game Center on iOS / iPadOS. Also in this case, however, to restore the game data it is necessary to have previously connected Brawl Stars to one of the services in question.

Please also note that, unlike a Supercell ID, with Google Play Games and Game Center it is not possible to retrieve Brawl Stars game progress on a device with an operating system other than the one previously used to connect the game.

To understand better, let’s take a practical example: if you previously connected Brawl Stars to Google Play Games on an Android device, you will be able to retrieve your game progress only by logging into Google Play Games (with the same Google account ) from another Android device. , you will not be able to do this from an iPhone.

Finally, it will be useful to know that if you have not linked your Brawl Stars account to any of the services I have just indicated, you can try to recover a lost account through Supercell’s automated assistance service. I’ll explain what to do later in this guide.

How to recover a lost Brawl Stars account

The easiest and fastest way to recover a lost Brawl Stars account is to log into the game with your Supercell ID .

If you linked your game to the account in question and now want to restore your game progress, launch Brawl Stars and, on the main screen, select the Log in option . In the new screen displayed, in the section stored IDs , press on the name associated with your Brawl Stars account and you will automatically be able to resume playing from where you left off.

If, on the other hand, you do not see your game progress or you have started Brawl Stars on a new device, tap the Continue button , enter the email address associated with your Supercell ID in the Enter your email field and press the Login button .

At this point, access your e-mail box, locate the e-mail sent by Supercell and write down the 6-digit verification code contained within it. Once this is done, go back to the Almost There! Screen . of Brawl Stars, enter the code in question in the appropriate field and tap the Send button to verify your identity.

Finally, on the Upload Game Account? Screen . , press the Confirm button to access Brawl Stars and retrieve your game progress.

How do you say? Have you started Brawl Stars and a new game is automatically loaded? In this case, tap the ☰ button at the top right, select the Supercell ID option from the menu that opens, press the Login button and, in the new screen displayed, select the Continue option .

In some cases, after starting the game, the message Would you like to load more progress with level [level number]? Upload them by logging into your Supercell ID . If this is your case, press the OK button and tap the Continue option .

At this point, to log in with your Supercell ID and retrieve the game progress of Brawl Stars, enter your email address in the appropriate field, press the Log in option and follow the instructions I have given you in the previous lines, in order to verify your identity and log in to Brawl Stars with your Supercell ID. To learn more, you can take a look at my guide on how to connect to a Supercell ID .

How to recover Brawl Stars account without Supercell ID

As mentioned in the opening lines of this guide, it is possible to recover the Brawl Stars account without Supercell ID , as long as you have connected the game to Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iPhone / iPad.

To proceed, if you have an Android device , then start Brawl Stars and wait for the game to load. Then press the ☰ button located at the top right, select the Settings item from the menu that opens and, in the new screen displayed, tap on the option Access to Google Play , to automatically log in with the Google account associated with the device in use.

How do you say? Is your game associated with a different Google account? In this case, after making the first connection to Google Play Games, access the Brawl Stars Settings again and press the ✓ button located next to the item Access to Google Play , to log out.

At this point, press again on the Access to Google Play option and, in the Choose your account screen , select the Google account of your interest or press on the item Add another account , to use a Google account other than those listed.

In both cases, if everything went well, you will see the message Hello [username used on Google Play Games] and the ✓ symbol next to the entry Access to Google Play .

However, if you have an iPhone / iPad , simply tap the icon of the gear wheel present in the Home screen or in the Library app, to access the settings of iOS / iPadOS, option awards and Game Center . At this point, if the service in question is not active, move the lever next to the Game Center item from OFF to ON and press one of the options available between Continue , to access the service in question with the Apple ID associated with the device in use. , or Aren’t you [name]? , to log in with another Apple ID.

Please note that if the Game Center service is not active on your iPhone / iPad, you can activate it and log in with your Apple ID even directly from Brawl Star. In this case, start the game, choose the Play Without option (to start Brawl Star without using a Supercell ID) and, on the Game Center welcomes you screen , enter the email address associated with your Apple ID in the field provided.

Once this is done, enter your Apple ID password in the Password field and press the Login button . If everything went well, you should see the message Logged in as [username used on Game Center] at the top, and all your game progress will load automatically.

How to recover Brawl Stars account with Facebook

If you are wondering if it is possible to recover Brawl Stars accounts with Facebook , I am sorry to tell you that the answer is no. In fact, the connection of the game with the famous social network is only useful for viewing Facebook friends who play the title developed by Supercell.

That said, if you still want to connect Brawl Stars to Facebook, start the game and wait for your game to load. Then press the ☰ button located at the top right, select the Settings option from the menu that opens and, in the new screen displayed, tap the Login with Facebook button visible in the Play with friends box .

Now, press the Continue button and, if the Facebook app is installed on your device and you are logged in with your account, select the Continue as [name] option , to connect Brawl Stars and Facebook.

Once this is done, to view the Facebook friends who play Brawl Stars, press the Online players option (the green man icon , top right), tap the Go to friends button and select the Friends tab . At this point, click on the name of the player you are interested in and select the Profile option , to view their progress in the game (eg Trophy records , Single wins , Points record in thirst for power, etc.).

In case of problems

If you followed the instructions I gave you in the previous paragraphs in detail, you should be able to recover your account on Brawl Stars. If, on the other hand, all your attempts have not given the desired result, you can use Supercell’s automated assistance service.

Before doing this, however, make sure you have an email address that you have not associated with any Supercell ID (in this regard, my guide on how to create a new email might be useful ). In fact, Supercell staff will try to recover your lost Brawl Stars account and associate it with a new Supercell ID that will be created during the recovery procedure.

Also, you will need to specify the Player ID associated with the lost account. If you don’t remember it, you can ask a user you have added as a Brawl Stars friend or a Facebook contact (if you have associated the game with the famous social network) to access the Brawl Stars Friends section , press on your name and select the Profile option , to view the Player ID .

That said, launch Brawl Stars on your device and wait for the game to load. Press, then, on the ☰ button located at the top right, tap on the Settings option and, in the new screen displayed, press on the item Guides and assistance .

Now, choose the Account option , press on the items Account recovery and I lost my account and carefully follow the instructions shown on the screen. Once this is done, locate the section Do you still need help? and tap the Contact Us button to access the automatic assistance chat.

At this point, select the Account Questions option , tap on the Lost Account option and follow the instructions provided by the virtual assistant to try to recover your lost account.
