To begin with, connect to the official Zalando website and log in to your account. Once logged in, move the mouse pointer over the item My account, which is located at the top right, and select the word Make a return from the menu that appears.

At first you were convinced that the items ordered online were not right for you, so you started the return procedure on Zalando but, in the end, you thought about it and you are wondering how to cancel a return on Zalando? Don’t worry, it’s super easy.

Zalando’s policy towards canceling a return is free of any additional charges for the user. If you have chosen to make the return by going to a collection point, such as a post office or post office, just do not deliver the package.

If, on the other hand, during the return procedure initiated from a computer, smartphone or tablet, you had chosen to collect the goods at home, when the courier passes you will only have to inform him that you no longer intend to make the return. That’s all!

How to make a return on Zalando Privé

Maybe you made a purchase on Zalando Privé , the exclusive Zalando shopping club, which allows you to buy garments of prestigious brands at very discounted prices, with limited offers over time, which you can take advantage of quickly and on condition that you accept fixed delivery costs of 5, 90 € and longer shipping times. In the end, however, what you ordered did not satisfy you, so you are wondering how to make a return on Zalando Privé: no problem, I’m here to explain it to you.

First of all, I remind you that, at the time of writing, the times to make the return on Zalando Privè arrive at 31 days, a period temporarily extended for the Covid-19 emergency, but which normally do not go beyond 14 days. The return operation on Zalando Privé is completely free and the courier of your interest, as far as home collection and collection points are concerned, is UPS, to which Poste Italiane has been added, as another logistics partner. When you decide to return an entire order, know that you will also be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs.

That said, if you use the computer, you will need to connect to the official website of Zalando Privé and click on the Login button, located at the top right of the monitor. Use your login credentials to enter the personal area and select the profile icon, then choose the item Your account. On the page that opens, opt for the wording Orders and returns, then select the entire order you want to return, or just one or more items within it, then start the process by clicking on the item Return item and indicate the reasons for you want to send the boss back.

  • Online form– if you want, you can also contact Zalando by filling out the online form, always accessible from the specific page attached to the section dedicated to the support of the site that I have just pointed out to you, by clicking on the Write us button at the bottom, selecting the reason for the contact from the drop-down menu on the screen and filling in the empty fields by typing name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), indicating the precise reason for the contact, the order number and adding a personal message. Finally, click on the Send button and within a short time you will receive a reply via email (to the address previously indicated) from the Zalando customer service.
