How to connect TikTok account to Instagram
The easiest way to connect Instagram to TikTok is by adding the respective links in the sections dedicated to the biography of the profile. To achieve this, you can use the official Instagram app (available for Android, also on alternative stores, and iOS ) and TikTok (also available for Android, also on alternative stores, and iOS / iPadOS ); or, in the case of Instagram, you can also proceed from a PC, via the official website of the photographic social network. With regard to video, things are a bit more complex, but to know all the details, keep reading.
If you want to connect the TikTok account to Instagram, you have to resort to a small “trick”, as the photo social network owned by Facebook does not allow, by default, direct association with TikTok. The “trick” to put into practice is simply to defer to their account TikTok sharing your profile link in the section of the biography of Instagram.
Therefore, to proceed, launch the Instagram app on your device or log in to your account from the web. Then, go to the section of your profile which is the one marked by the thumbnail of your profile and, in the next screen that is shown to you, click on the Edit profile item.
Finally, in the Website section, type or paste the TikTok URL which links to your user profile. in case you need to retrieve it, start the TikTok app and press the icon (…) located in the section of your profile ( Me ), then tap on the Share profile item and then on the one called Copy link, to copy the link of the same to paste in the Website section of Instagram.
As for the possibility of sharing a TikTok video on Instagram, you can choose to upload it directly to Instagram, in case it is a movie you made for which you have the file in the Gallery of your device. Therefore, to do this, press the (+) icon located in the photo social network app and choose the section in which to publish the video in your possession ( Feed post, story, Reel, IGTV Video ).
If, on the other hand, it was a video published by another user, you can share it in stories or posts via the TikTok app: to do this, just press the arrow icon located next to the video you viewed, so as to then tap on the Instagram item. How to connect Instagram account to TikTok
Would you like to connect your Instagram account to TikTok but you don’t know how to do it? Don’t worry, this can be done very easily via the TikTok app you downloaded on your smartphone or tablet.
Therefore, to do this, start the app of the social network in question and go to your profile screen ( Me ). Now, tap on the Edit profile item and then on the word Add Instagram to your profile.
Once this is done, in the next screen that will be shown to you, log in to your Instagram account by typing Email and Password and pressing the Login button or log in via Facebook, pressing the Continue with Facebook button. Finally, confirm the connection by clicking on the Allow button.
