With today’s guide, in fact, I will explain how to request a refund on Steam and what are the requirements to be able to send this request. First of all, I will show you the detailed procedure for requesting a refund for a product purchased on the famous platform developed by Valve from a computer, after which it will be my task to show you the steps to follow to submit your request using the Steam application for smartphones and Tablet. On Steam, you can request a refund for almost all types of purchases and for any reason, as long as the request is sent within 14 days of purchase and having used the game for less than two hours. If your request is accepted, you will receive your refund within one week of approval and the amount will be credited to your Steam account or payment method used to make the purchase. Finally, you should know that it is not possible to request a refund for purchases made outside the Steam store. Request a refund on Steam from your computer
