Create an Instant Gaming account

Once you have chosen the amount of your interest, press the Pay button , enter your Paysafecard account data in the Username and Password fields and press the Login button to access your account and complete the top-up.

Purchase a game on Instant Gaming

Once you have created your account, you are ready to  purchase a game on Instant Gaming . If you have not already done so, connected to the main page of the service , click on the item My account at the top right, enter your login details in the Email and Password fields and press the OK button to access your account.

Once you have identified the game you are interested in, click on its cover image to access the descriptive card and view its details, other users’ comments, availability and many other useful information. If the word Out of stock appears , it means that the chosen game is temporarily unavailable. However, if you click the Notify Me button , you will receive an email as soon as it is back on sale and available for purchase.

To purchase the video game, press the Buy button  or the Preorder button  (if the game has not yet been released). In the latter case, it will be useful to know that the cost of the game ordered will be immediately charged to you. However, if the sale price drops before the release, you will be refunded the difference.

On the Order Summary screen , place the check mark next to the option  Use the balance of my IG credits to use the IG credits available on your account, then place the check mark in the box next to the option   I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and indicate if the order in question is a gift, by selecting the item  This is a gift . In this case, specify how to deliver the gift by choosing one of the available options between  Send it directly via email and  Download and print the Gift Card and, if you wish, enter a message in the Enter a message to complete your gift field .

In the Select your payment method section  , choose how to pay for your purchase by selecting one of the available payment methods.

• Credit card: to pay with your credit card ( Visa , MasterCard , Maestro , Bleue ), by entering the data in the fields Card number ,  Card holder ,  Expiry date and Security code . No payment fee is applied.
• PayPal: allows you to connect your PayPal account . There is a fee of 0.29 euros.
• Paysafecard: by connecting your Paysafecard account, you can pay for your purchases with a payment fee of 0.68 euros.
• CoinPayments: allows you to make purchases by paying with Bitcoins . There is a fee of € 0.10.
• Skrill: to pay with your Skrill account, with a fee of € 0.10.

Once you have made your choice and completed the payment, you will receive an email containing the activation code of your game, which is useful for activating and downloading it. Alternatively, you can view the history of the games purchased (and the related codes) on IG by accessing the My orders section .

To understand better, let’s take a practical example: if you have purchased a computer game that requires activation via  Steam , start the latter and log in to your account in online mode. In the new screen that appears, choose the Add a game option located at the bottom left and select the item Activate a product on Steam from the menu that appears.

Now, press the Next and Accept buttons , enter the activation code in your possession in the Product Code field and click the Next button to complete the addition of the game to your Steam library.

In case of problems

If a code you have purchased is not working, you are having problems with your account or you simply need some information, you will be pleased to know that Instant Gaming offers a support service available 24/7.

To request assistance and open a new ticket, log in to your account, click on the Assistance option and select one of the available options ( Questions about an order , Pre- orders , Other ), depending on the problem encountered. Read carefully the instructions provided to try to solve the problem independently, otherwise enter your message in the appropriate field, choose whether to attach an image by clicking on the option Choose a file  and press the Send button to send the message.

By accessing the Support section again , you can check the status of your ticket, add new details by clicking on the Add response button or cancel the support request by selecting Cancel my request .

Use Instant Gaming from smartphones and tablets

You should know that Instant Gaming is also available as an application for Android and iOS devices . Using the latter, you can log into your account to purchase new games, open support tickets and add funds to your account.

After downloading the Instant Gaming app from your device’s store, start it by tapping its icon (the word Instant Gaming on an orange background ) on the home screen, then tap the ≡ button at the top right, select voice My account from the menu that appears and enter your information in the fields of access Email and Password to access your account.

When you first log in, you will receive a security email from Instant Gaming to authorize access from your new device. Then access the email in question and click on the link contained within it to verify your device, then press the ≡ button again  , select the My account option and repeat the login procedure to your account.

To find a game of your interest, enter its name in the search field at the top and tap on the magnifying glass icon , otherwise press the ≡ button  and select the platform of your interest ( Steam , Origin , PS4 , Uplay etc. .) to view games for the chosen platform only.

Once you have identified the game of your interest, press the Buy button to access its descriptive card and read its ratings and details, then tap the Buy button to proceed with the payment. If IG credits are available on your account, put the check mark next to the option Use the balance of my IG credits , otherwise select one of the payment methods available between credit card , PayPal , Paysafecard , CoinPayments and Skrill , enter the data and presses the button Pay [amount] to complete the purchase.

If everything went well, you should see the activation code of the purchased game in the My orders section , visible by pressing the ≡ button  . If not, choose the Support option to open a new ticket and report the issue encountered.
