Honor Pad 8 slim tablet launched globally
The Chinese manufacturer Honor has introduced its new tablet to the global market. This device is called Honor Pad 8.
Housed in a slim 6.9mm metal body, the new product features a 12-inch 2K LCD display with 350 nits of brightness. The display is TUV Rheinland certified.
The tablet’s hardware platform is based on an eight-core Snapdragon 680 processor. The chip works in conjunction with 6 GB of RAM. The capacity of the built-in flash drive is 128 GB. The gadget operates under the Android 12 operating system with a proprietary Magic UI 6.1 shell.
Autonomous operation of Honor Pad 8 is provided by a battery with a capacity of 7250 mAh. The battery supports 22.5W fast charging and 5W reverse charging.
Other equipment includes two 5 MP cameras (rear and front), eight speakers with DTS:X Ultra support, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 5 wireless adapters, a USB Type-C port.
The Honor Pad 8 will go on sale on August 27 in Malaysia. The cost of new items – 313 dollars.
