Cube Three cancellation costs

Before going into the heart of the article and talking in detail about the Cube Three cancellation, it seems only right to talk about the costs to be incurred to complete the procedure in question.

Unless the Cube Tre offer has been subscribed for less than 14 days by phone or online, in fact, costs must always be incurred, which vary according to the type of plan subscribed and the activation period of the offer.

In fact, by withdrawing from the contract, you have to pay any residual installments relating to the purchase of the device (in the next lines I will give you some specific examples on a couple of offers of this type), even if desired in a single solution, based on the choice made at the time of the contractual signing.

How to cancel Cube Three

Now we can go into the heart of the article and see in detail how to cancel Cube Three. Initially I will talk to you in more detail about a couple of Cube Tre offers made by the “old” operator Tre, but I will not fail to tell you what to do even in the case of more recently activated subscriptions, such as the Cube and WebCube offers from WINDTRE.

Withdrawal within 14 days

As anticipated a little while ago, canceling Cube Three and the associated promos is an operation that in almost all cases involves costs. However, if you have signed an Internet plan with Cube for less than 14 days, you can exercise the right to reconsider and terminate the contract without incurring any costs.

Apart from the right timing, this is feasible only if the purchase of the Casa Tre modem and the subscription of the related Internet plan took place outside the business premises of the operation (eg through the operator’s website).

To take advantage of the right of withdrawal within the first 14 days of activation, all you have to do is send your request by registered letter with return receipt, together with a copy of the contract, a copy of a front/back identity document of the ‘holder (presumably you) and one of any document certifying receipt of the device at the following address.

Alternatively, you can send your written request via PEC, attaching the documents listed above, to the following certified e-mail address: servizioclienti159@pec.windtre.it.

As for the return of the Cube Three, this can take place in various ways. The new contractual conditions on the WINDTRE website do not indicate addresses to which the equipment in your possession can be sent (those indicated in your contract may no longer be valid, especially if you signed it several years ago with Tre Italia). For this reason, I invite you to contact WINDTRE to find out how to proceed: below you will find out how to do it.

Cancel Cube Three with 3Cube

Have you subscribed to one of the 3Cube plans with attached WebPocketWebCube or PocktCube but now you have changed your mind, more than 14 days have passed (or in any case you cannot take advantage of the right to change your mind) and would you like to cancel everything? To do this, just send your communication via PEC to the address servizioclienti159@pec.windtre.it taking care to do everything at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of the withdrawal.

Alternatively, if you prefer it or in any case if you do not have a PEC address, you can send your request for cancellation of the Tre modem and the combined Internet plan by registered letter with return receipt to the following address, also attaching the front/back copy of a valid identity document of the holder (presumably you).

However, keep in mind that if you decide to cancel your subscription before the expiry of the contractual obligation provided for by the same (which is equal to 30 months) you will have to pay the remaining installments of the purchase of the modem in a single installment, the value of which can vary from 30, 50 euros to 344 euros, + 100 euros for the deactivation of the service.

Cancel Cube Three with Super Internet

Did you subscribe to one of the Super Internet plans with WebPocketWebCube or PocktCube, you cannot take advantage of the right to change your mind and want to cancel? You can do this by sending a communication via PEC to the address servizioclienti159@pec.windtre.it with a notice of at least 30 days with respect to the effective date of the withdrawal.

In addition to certified e-mail, you can send the request for cancellation of the Cube Three and the Internet plan combined with it, also by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below, also attaching the front/back copy of a document of receipt. valid identity of the holder (presumably you).

However, keep in mind that if you decide to cancel your subscription before the expiry of the contractual obligation provided for by it (which can be 24 or 30 months) you will have to pay the remaining installments of the purchase of the “cube” in a single payment the value of which can vary from € 30.50 to € 76.25, + € 100 for the deactivation of the service.

Cancel Cube Three with other subscriptions

Did you receive the Cube Three in conjunction with the subscription of a subscription not mentioned in the previous ones, perhaps because you subscribed to a Cube offer created by the “new” operator WINDTRE (instead of the “old” Tre)? Do you want to know how to proceed with the cancellation in case of other active subscriptions?

Well, know that the substance of what you have to do to deactivate the offer does not change, as you must always send your communication to the address servizioclienti159@pec.windtre.it with a notice of at least 30 days with respect to the effective validity date. of the withdrawal or a registered letter with return receipt (also attaching a copy of a valid identity document) to the following address.

It must be said, however, that the methods of returning the equipment can vary considerably, as well as some deactivation costs: in some cases it is necessary to incur exit costs calculated by the operator on the basis of the discounts applied on the offer chosen and/or on the device until the time of withdrawal.

In other words, if you go to cancel the Cube Tre before the limitation expires, you will have to pay the remaining installments of the portable modem in a single solution together with the difference between the promotional price and the full price otherwise provided for in the offer.

In case of problems or doubts

Even though you have followed my instructions in detail, is there something that is not very clear to you yet and would you like to get more info? In trying to cancel the Cube Three, some doubts arose due to the lack of understanding of some contractual clauses and would you like to receive further help to deal with this? Then do this: get in touch with the operator’s customer service. You will see that in no time you will be able to get all the support you need.

Based on your preferences and needs, get in touch with WINDTRE customer service in the following ways.

  • Telephone– dial 159 on the numeric keypad of your phone then press the 2 key, wait a while for assistance with the numbering from which you are calling and then press the 5 key. To receive assistance on another numbering, however, press the 1 key and write the number for which you wish to receive assistance. Please note that the combination to use when speaking to a “live” consultant can vary, so always stick to the guiding voice. The call is free if it is made from a WINDTRE number and the customer service is always available (even if for technical or administrative requests it is advisable to call from 08:00 to 23:00).
  • Chat– go to the WINDTRE website, log in to your account (if you are not registered yet, you can do it now, perhaps with the help of the instructions I have given you in this other guide ), call up the WILL assistant on the left by clicking on the icon of the little man, write your request in the appropriate text field and agree to speak with a human consultant, by clicking on the Yes button. By doing so, you can chat with a customer service agent and ask for help on your doubts about canceling the Cube offer you have signed up for. Please note that it is possible to chat with customer service using the WINDTRE app, available for Android devices(also on alternative stores ) and iOS / iPadOS.
  • Shop– go to the nearest WINDTRE shop ( here you can check where it is) and, once there, ask for help from one of the consultants present.
