Apple Watch Series 8 may come with a temperature sensor
Apple, which has not brought serious changes to the smart watch series with the Watch Series 7, is considering taking serious steps this year. Apple is considering adding a body temperature sensor to the Watch Series 8.
The most successful and popular smartwatch series, Apple Watch, did not receive enough updates last year. Although the Watch Series 7 disappointed many fans, Apple is considering adding serious innovations with the Watch Series 8.
Temperature sensor may come this year, blood glucose sensor is not ready yet
The temperature sensor that users have wanted for many years may appear on the Apple Watch, which will be released this year, but we may not be allowed to use it as we expect. According to Bloomberg’s report, Apple will add a sensor to the Watch Series 8 that will measure body temperature. Bloomberg states that this sensor will be added for women’s fertility tracking and planning. Therefore, this sensor in Apple Watch Series 8 may not be able to display body temperature to users.
Bloomberg also states that the new sensor can show real body temperature in later versions. In addition, with watchOS 9, Apple Watches are expected to be able to better track heartbeat irregularities. Finally, Bloomberg stated that Apple is also working on blood pressure and blood sugar sensors, but it’s a few years before we see them on devices.
