Solving possible problems

No image from console

The most common problem that can occur when connecting a console to a TV. The troubleshooting steps are:

1. First of all, check the quality of the connection of all cables and / or adapters with ports – they should hold tightly in the right connectors.
2. Check the connection in another way: for example, if the “tulips” do not work, use HDMI or vice versa. If compatible equipment is not available, contact your friends.
3. Also test the technical health of both the TV itself and the PlayStation 3 – these devices can sometimes fail. If it turns out that you have encountered a breakdown, the affected device will most easily be taken to a service center or replaced.

The connection works, but the picture quality is poor

If we are talking about RCA / RGB options, then alas, nothing can be done about it – such connections are designed for old devices with low resolution, so it is better to use HDMI on modern TVs.

If it is on this type of connection that problems are observed, in most cases this means that the cable used is of poor quality, or one of the ports (often both together) is damaged. Carefully inspect all the elements of the bundle – the problematic wire is easiest to replace, while the connectors will have to be contacted by specialists.

There is a picture, but no sound

The next common problem, already characteristic of non-standard connection options. The elimination steps are:
