How to share DropBox screenshots with your PC?

How to share screenshots using Dropbox
If you’re new to Dropbox and aren’t sure what you should do to share screenshots, don’t worry. This app is a very useful tool and to share acquisitions using Dropbox you just have to follow the following steps to the letter.
- The first thing to do is download Dropbox and go to the toolbar. With that done, click on the Dropbox icon, which is like an open box. Then press the setting wheel and a menu will appear, in which you need to select the “Preferences” option
- Next, you will see that a window will open with many tabs. Now, locate the “Import” option and check the “Share screenshots using Dropbox” box. From now on, when you take a screenshot, it will automatically be saved in Dropbox.
- If you want to share a screenshot with your contacts, you need to capture it using the buttons on the keyboard. Usually, you can use a button on the keyboard called “Print Pant” (Print Screen), “Prt Sc” (Print Screen) or just “Print”, depending on the keyboard and keyboard language.
- After performing the previous step, you will see the following message “Do you want to save screenshots to Dropbox?” And you need to click on accept the option. However, you may need to close and open the program to receive that message.
- Now, when you open the Dropbox folder, you will notice that there is a new folder called “Screenshots”. It should be noted that if you open this folder you will see all the screenshots you have created.
- However, it is better than when you take a screenshot the link to the photo will be copied to the clipboard. With this activated, after creating the screenshot you just have to paste the link in the mail or chat, so that the image is shared.
