Furthermore, in case you want to be able to enlarge the Instagram profile photo from PC you must know that the previous functionality included in the Instagram application for Windows 10 and on the official website of the social network is no longer available and, therefore, also in this case it is necessary to contact external resources.

I start this guide by explaining how to use some free apps for Android and iPhone that allow you to enlarge the photo of an Instagram profile easily and quickly, displaying it in larger size and in high resolution. Carefully follow the procedures I am about to give you below, to use them correctly.

Profile Picture Download (Android)

The app that I recommend you use on Android to enlarge Instagram profile photos is called Profile Picture Download and you can download it for free via the Play Store, by pressing the Install button, or from alternative stores, in case yours Android device was not equipped with Google services.

At the end of the installation, start the app, pressing on its icon that will be automatically added to the home screen and/or to the drawer. Now, on the main screen, type the username used on Instagram of the person whose profile photo you want to enlarge, then presses the magnifying glass icon on the keyboard, to search for the user in question and, consequently, view their profile. ‘profile picture.

If you want to download the profile picture, tap the Download this picture button located at the bottom and consent to the request for access to the Gallery of your device.

Photo Viewer For Instagram (iOS)

To enlarge the photo of a user’s Instagram profile using the iPhone, I suggest you use the Photo Viewer For Instagram app which allows you to view a user’s Instagram profile photo in a larger size for free and, through a few simple taps.

To get started, first proceed to download the app in question through the App Store, by tapping the Get button and authorizing the download via Face ID, Touch ID or via the password of your Apple ID. At the end of the download and automatic installation, start the app by pressing on its icon located on the home screen and/or in the app library.

At this point, on the main screen, type, in the text field that is shown to you, the name of the user you are interested in seeing the profile photo at a larger size.

Then tap on the corresponding search result that is shown to you, in order to see and automatically enlarge the profile photo. You didn’t think it would be that easy, did you?

As an alternative to using the apps I talked about in the previous chapters, you can enlarge Instagram profile photos also by making use of special online services. Here are some of the best.

InstaDP

To see the photo profile of a user Instagram PC in high resolution, you can take advantage of the online service provided by the Web site Instadp, which is also useful to see the stories and Reels of Instagram user in question published anonymously and, therefore, without the need to register with the well-known photographic social network.

To use it, connect to its official website, then, in the text field located at the top, type the name of the user of your interest and click on the corresponding search result that is shown to you.

Now, press on the Full size item, to view the Instagram profile photo at a larger size. If you then want to download it, press the Download button, in order to open it in a new browser tab. Then right-click on it and, finally, in the context menu, click on the Save image as button.

ThumbTube

Another online service of immediate use that you can use to enlarge Instagram profile photos is the one made available by the ThumbTube website, which also provides several other tools related to the possibility of downloading photos and/or videos from Instagram and not only that. of the profile.

To use it, first connect to its official website, then move the mouse pointer to the Instagram Downloader menu item and then press the Instagram Profile Picture Downloader item.
