To cancel an Amazon account from a computer, connected to the official website of the service, enter the data of the account you wish to cancel in the E-mail address or mobile number and Password fields and click on the Login button to log in.

How to cancel Amazon Business account

Deleting an Amazon Business account is an irreversible operation that results in the deletion of all information relating to the account in question. However, individual company user accounts associated with the Amazon Business account to be deleted will be converted to personal Amazon accounts and, at the same time, the history of purchases made with a personal payment method will also be transferred.

That said, if you are the administrator of the Amazon Business account that you intend to delete, connected to the official website of the service, click on the Login button, at the top right, enter the account data to be deleted in the E-mail address or number fields mobile phone and password and press the Login button again to login.

How to cancel Amazon Seller account

If your intention is to delete an Amazon Seller account, all you need to do is go to the settings of the account to be deleted and select the option to permanently delete it.

Please note, however, that it is not possible to cancel a seller account before 90 days have elapsed since the last sale, which is the time necessary to allow any complaints from buyers. Also, before closing an account you will need to make sure that you have resolved all complaints and have a zero balance.
