5 most popular smartphones in the US and no iPhones
Samsung has become the leader in the US smartphone market. The rating was based on the indicator of satisfaction with the brand as a whole and with each phone model separately. The work on this rating was carried out by analysts of the American Customer Satisfaction Index research agency. The results were announced at the official ACSI Data Show event.
The leading positions in the rating were shared by three large manufacturers: Samsung – 81 points, one point less from Apple (80 points) and with the same number of points the rating is closed by Google.
The Motorola brand is behind the top three in the list, gaining 80 rating points. All other participants were awarded 73 points.

- 10th place: iPhone XS Max (82 points).
The same research was carried out on selected phone models. And six first positions were occupied by the line of Samsung smartphones.
The study used the results of social. polls of 21,189 respondents. Participants were not related to each other and were randomly selected. The survey was conducted via email. The selection criteria were: pleasant design, sound quality, convenient and intuitive interface for calls / SMS.
